One dead, four injured in accident near Nayvug Tunnel at Qazigund | KNO

Qazigund, Apr 01 (KNO): One person died, and four others were injured after a speeding vehicle crashed near the Nayvug Tunnel at Qazigund area of Kulgam district on Tuesday evening. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a vehicle coming from Jammu lost control due to overspeeding and crashed into a temporary police structure. He said that one person died on the spot, while four others sustained injuries. "The injured are in critical condition and have been shifted to a hospital for treatment," he said. Meanwhile, Police have reached the spot and further details are awaited—(KNO)
